These Terms govern your use of MoodLens websites, apps, desktop experiences, browser extension, workspaces, AI features, authentication flows, integrations, MCP/API surfaces, billing, and connected services. Your use of MoodLens is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Last updated: August 30, 2026
By creating an account, signing in, accessing, or using MoodLens ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use MoodLens for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may access MoodLens using email/password or supported third-party login methods such as Google, Microsoft, and GitHub. If you use a third-party provider, you authorize us to receive the basic account information needed to authenticate you and link your MoodLens account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login method and account and for all activity that occurs under it. MoodLens is not intended for children under 16 or anyone below the age required to use online services in their location.
You may use MoodLens to:
Organize work, collaborate, use supported AI features, authenticate into the product, and connect approved third-party services in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, your workspace permissions, and the rights of other people in the workspace.
You may not use MoodLens to:
Abuse the service, interfere with other users, bypass security controls, violate laws or third-party rights, or upload harmful, unlawful, or malicious content. You may not use MoodLens to send spam, harvest data, run unauthorized security tests, misuse API keys or workspace secrets, generate illegal or deceptive content, process data you have no right to process, or make regulated, employment, credit, housing, medical, legal, safety, or similarly sensitive decisions without appropriate human review.
Uploaded files & media:
You are responsible for images, audio, video, documents, archives, and other files you upload, record, import, analyze, or share. Do not upload media or files unless you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents, including from people who appear or can be heard in the content where required. You may not upload illegal content, malware, non-consensual intimate media, exploitative or sexual content involving minors, or material that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other third-party rights. MoodLens may enforce file type and size limits, reject uploads, block downloads, remove content, or disable access where content appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or operationally risky.
Public sharing, embeds & links:
If you publish a document, share an artifact, add an external embed, or place a public file URL in content, people with the link may access the linked content and media. You are responsible for checking that shared materials do not expose private, regulated, confidential, or third-party content without authorization.
MoodLens may interoperate with third-party identity providers and external services, including Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments, calling/media providers, AI providers, messaging platforms, import sources, webhooks, developer apps, browser extension workflows, MCP clients, and connected integrations. Messaging integrations may receive or send messages, voice notes, media, files, and transcripts you route through them. External file or embed URLs you place in docs may load from third-party services. Your use of those external services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, scopes, permissions, supported countries and assets, compliance checks, and availability. You are responsible for choosing what to connect, keeping tokens and secrets secure, and disconnecting services you no longer want to use. We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services or for provider-side account actions, outages, data handling, pricing, eligibility decisions, or policy changes.
Contracts and electronic signatures: Authorized workspace members may prepare and lock an agreement, name one or more required people authorized to sign for the client, invite each client signer through a separate private link and one-time email code, sign for the provider through an authenticated authorized account, and retain the completed PDF and audit certificate in MoodLens. Phone calling-code formatting and optional third-party address suggestions are data-entry conveniences; the workspace remains responsible for confirming every party's legal name, phone number, address, authority, and other agreement information before sending. Additional client signers sign for the same named client and do not become separate contracting parties merely because they are added to the signer list. Each typed, drawn, or uploaded-image signature is accepted only after that signer gives explicit electronic-signature consent. Uploaded signature images are processed into a normalized PNG signature before the signing request is recorded. MoodLens records each signer's delivery, opening and completion status, timestamps, signature method, identity-verification method, cryptographic document and evidence hashes, salted technical fingerprints, and the approximate city, region code, and country derived from network data when each client signer first opens the agreement after email verification. Authorized workspace members may see that approximate location, or an unavailable status, in the audit history; the raw IP address is hidden. Network location can be inaccurate because of VPNs, mobile carriers, corporate networks, or routing and is not proof of a person's identity, authority, residence, or physical presence. The agreement is completed only after the provider and every required client signer have signed; a decline by any required client signer declines the signing request. This is a standard electronic-signature workflow, not a qualified electronic signature, notarization, public deed, or registration service. MoodLens is the signing-technology provider and is not a party, broker, witness, law firm, or adviser to an agreement between a workspace customer and its client. We do not negotiate, approve, verify, or enforce the agreement's identity, scope, pricing, authority, legality, or performance.
Contract-linked invoices: Authorized workspace members may use a fully signed agreement to prepare one or more related invoice drafts for a deposit, remaining balance, full fixed amount, custom milestone, recurring month, or hourly billing period. The link is a workspace convenience: it does not amend the agreement, prove performance, determine whether an amount is legally due, create an accounting entry outside MoodLens, or send an invoice automatically. MoodLens may compare the linked agreement's status, version, project, currency, amount, deposit schedule, billing period, existing related invoices, and stable billing identifiers before allowing an invoice to be sent, marked paid, or connected to a payment link. These checks reduce accidental duplicate or excess billing but do not replace the workspace's review. You remain responsible for confirming the invoiced work, recipient, amount, tax treatment, due date, commercial entitlement, and all required records and disclosures.
The sending workspace is responsible for the agreement content, the lawful collection and use of signer details, choosing every person whose signature is required, assigning a different valid email address to each signer, confirming each signer's authority for the named party, and answering questions about the commercial or legal terms. The signer is responsible for using only their own link and code, reading the locked agreement, confirming that they are the intended recipient and authorized to act for the named party, and retaining a copy for their records. Signing records that signer's acceptance of the presented agreement and the displayed electronic-signature consent; it does not create a MoodLens subscription or make MoodLens a party to that agreement. A recipient may decline rather than sign. An optional decline reason is shared with authorized members of the sending workspace and retained with the agreement record.
You are responsible for reviewing every agreement before sending it; obtaining any required legal, tax, privacy, employment, consumer, or industry advice; confirming signer identity, authority, and contact details; and deciding whether this signature level is appropriate and enforceable for the agreement and jurisdiction. MoodLens templates and suggested clauses are operational starting points, not legal advice, and do not guarantee enforceability or a particular outcome. Do not alter, misrepresent, or reuse another person's signature, share a verification code, or send an agreement to someone without a lawful reason to contact them. Questions about agreement terms should go to the sender; questions about the signing service, access, or privacy may be sent to supports@moodlens-ai.com.
Help and live-agent support: Moody AI provides documentation-based assistance and is not a guarantee of diagnosis or resolution. A signed-in user may explicitly ask for a real agent after providing enough non-sensitive case context. MoodLens may show a decision window and an estimated wait, but neither guarantees that an agent will be available or will join by that time. A request may be declined, canceled, closed, or automatically expire. The user must not send passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, API secrets, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, or confidential third-party or workspace content. The limited case/account context described in the Privacy Policy may be sent to the authorized support operator through Telegram so the operator can accept or decline. A live-support session does not authorize access to the user's workspaces or private content.
Shared workspace content may be visible to workspace owners, admins, members, invited users, AI employees, and connected tools according to the permissions configured in that workspace. You should only upload or share content that you are allowed to make available to those people and tools.
Workspace owners and admins may manage members, roles, billing, integrations, audit records, automations, workspace secrets, and other operational settings. For a workspace with a paid plan, billing may be controlled by whoever purchased or was assigned responsibility for that workspace's subscription (its billing manager), who is not always the current workspace owner and may remain the billing manager even after workspace ownership is transferred to someone else. Removing a user from a workspace may not automatically delete content that user already contributed to shared workspace records.
Published docs, shared artifacts, and public links may make included content and referenced media available to anyone with the link until unpublished or disabled. Deleting a shared item may not automatically delete every underlying uploaded file, generated PDF, transcript, cached AI result, backup, external copy, or message sent through a connected platform.
MoodLens may offer paid plans, credits, add-ons, or other paid services from time to time. If a paid offering is presented to you, the applicable price, billing cadence, usage limits, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown in the product or at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled unless the checkout flow or written agreement says otherwise.
One-time AI credit packs and custom top-ups are not subscriptions. Purchased credits have no cash value, are not transferable, may not be resold, and are consumed by eligible AI usage according to the credit rules shown in the product. Unless the product states otherwise, purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.
Stripe or another payment processor may handle checkout, customer portal, card details, invoices, taxes, payment failures, and refunds. We do not store full payment-card numbers. You can cancel a subscription through the available billing portal or by contacting supports@moodlens-ai.com. Unless the checkout or a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the paid billing period. We may change prices, features, limits, or plan names prospectively, with any notice required by law or your agreement.
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and conformity rights. Nothing in these Terms takes those rights away. Where a law requires express consent before a paid digital service or digital content begins during a withdrawal period, that consent and acknowledgement must be collected in the checkout or other purchase flow; a statement in these Terms alone is not intended to replace it. For a billing, cancellation, withdrawal, invoice, or payment question, contact supports@moodlens-ai.com.
When this feature is available, a workspace owner may connect one or more supported payment providers so that authorized workspace members can create hosted payment links for invoices. Stripe, PayPal, and NOWPayments are independent providers. The provider selected for a link processes the payment and performs any identity, business, bank-account, wallet, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, fraud, geographic, or other checks it requires. Card or PayPal funds settle to the connected provider account. Cryptocurrency funds settle either to the merchant's NOWPayments custody balance or to the payout wallet configured with NOWPayments, depending on the merchant's provider settings. All settlement is subject to the provider's terms, eligibility rules, supported assets and networks, fees, conversion charges, timing, reserves, and restrictions.
By connecting a provider or using an invoice payment link, you authorize MoodLens to create and manage the payment-link activity you request; transmit invoice amount, currency, identifiers, callback addresses, and other necessary information; securely store the connection credentials needed for the integration; and receive and display limited connection, payment, settlement, refund, or review status. MoodLens does not receive wallet seed phrases or private keys and does not store full card or bank-account numbers. MoodLens does not hold, custody, exchange, transmit, guarantee, or insure payment funds and is not a bank, escrow service, virtual-asset service provider, money transmitter, broker, merchant of record, tax adviser, or payment processor. Your separate agreement with each connected provider also applies.
Cryptocurrency risks and responsibilities: Cryptocurrency prices, exchange rates, network fees, provider fees, confirmation times, and asset-specific minimums can change between invoice creation, payment, conversion, and settlement. The payer must send the exact requested asset on the exact network, with any required memo or tag, to the provider-generated address. Sending an unsupported asset, wrong network, wrong amount, expired quote, or missing memo/tag can delay or permanently lose funds. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and may not offer card-style chargebacks. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of payout-wallet addresses, supported networks, custody settings, withdrawals, tax treatment, and legally required customer disclosures. MoodLens does not guarantee a fiat value, conversion result, settlement time, recovery, or refund.
Payment status and unusual deposits: MoodLens marks invoices from signed provider notifications and reconciliation data, but provider or blockchain delays can postpone an update. Underpayments, later deposits, repeated deposits, deposits after a local link is disabled, or conflicting provider data may require manual review and must not be treated as fully settled until confirmed. A NOWPayments hosted invoice is controlled by NOWPayments and may remain reachable or accept a later deposit even after MoodLens stops sharing its local link. Do not reuse a canceled or replaced invoice link. MoodLens may preserve payment references and review flags to prevent duplicate fulfillment and support reconciliation.
Refunds: Where supported for Stripe or PayPal, an authorized workspace member may request a full or partial refund through MoodLens; the provider controls the actual return, eligibility, timing, and fee treatment. Cryptocurrency refunds are not initiated automatically by MoodLens. They must be reviewed and sent from the merchant's NOWPayments account, custody balance, or payout wallet using a verified destination, and may require a new blockchain transaction and fees. A crypto refund can differ in fiat value from the original payment. MoodLens never advances or guarantees refunded funds.
You are responsible for the goods or services shown on your invoices, invoice accuracy, client information, taxes, required disclosures, refund decisions, fulfillment, disputes, and your relationship with your client. Do not use invoice payments for prohibited, unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, or provider-restricted activity. We may limit, suspend, or disable payment-link or refund functionality where a provider, law, security, fraud prevention, or risk management requires it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risk, or if continued access would expose us, other users, or the platform to harm or legal risk. After termination or account deletion, we may retain limited records where required for security, backups, billing, legal compliance, disputes, or enforcement. To request account deletion, email supports@moodlens-ai.com from the email address used for your MoodLens account when possible.
MoodLens respects intellectual property rights. We may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright or other rights, and we may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who misuse the service for infringing activity.
Copyright complaints may be sent to supports@moodlens-ai.com. To help us review a complaint, include the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and where it appears in MoodLens, your contact details, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury where applicable, and your physical or electronic signature.
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with enough information for us to identify the removed material, your contact details, the required consent and good-faith statements, and your physical or electronic signature.
If MoodLens later needs U.S. DMCA safe-harbor coverage for user-uploaded content, we may publish registered agent details separately after completing the required Copyright Office process.
To report other content you believe is illegal, unsafe, or violates these Terms, email supports@moodlens-ai.com with the location of the content, a clear explanation of the concern, and your contact details. We may request further information where needed to investigate and act consistently with applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodlens Technology's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the amounts you paid to MoodLens for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit a limitation. If you use MoodLens on behalf of a business or organization, you are responsible for claims arising from your content, users, integrations, workspace secrets, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Invoice, contract, and AI estimate disclaimer: Invoice and contract tools, agreement templates, and AI-generated project plans, rates, budgets, cost research, task estimates, and profitability comparisons are provided for convenience only. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial, procurement, virtual-asset, or vendor advice, and are not a vendor quotation. AI output and templates can be incomplete, wrong, unsuitable, or out of date. You must check sources, assumptions, agreement terms, signer authority, invoice details, taxes, wallet and network instructions, and payment instructions before relying on them or sending them to a client. MoodLens is not a law firm or payment processor and does not handle, transfer, exchange, custody, or store payment funds. Bank or manual-payment details entered into the platform are stored securely and used only for the invoice workflow you request.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the last-updated date when we do. For material changes, we will provide notice where required by law. Unless a separate written agreement or mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location, including mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules for consumers in their country of residence.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
